Our backdrops measure 2.4m × 2.4m, perfect for groups of all sizes. Please confirm with your venue that they can accommodate our backdrops (2.7m height clearance required).
Before You Book
Space needed: The booth requires a 3m × 3m area. Please ensure your venue can accommodate this footprint.
Height clearance: A minimum of 2.7m height clearance is required for backdrop installation.
Power access: We'll need access to a nearby power port. Please check this with your venue in advance.
Indoor / undercover: We require a flat, level floor and indoor or undercover placement for optimal lighting and photo quality.
Parking & loading: Please obtain loading zone and parking information from your venue prior to your event.
Stairs or lifts: Please notify us in advance if your venue has stairs or small elevators so we can plan accordingly.
Good to Know
Our ingredients are sourced from various suppliers and may be processed in facilities handling common allergens including soy, egg, and dairy. We take precautions to minimise cross-contamination but cannot guarantee complete absence. Milk alternatives (soy, oat, almond) are available but may contain allergens specific to their source.
Please inform us of any allergies or dietary needs — we'll do our best to accommodate.

Drinks are best enjoyed immediately or within 1 hour of delivery.
Photobooth Bookings: Once your booking details have been confirmed by both parties, a deposit of 40% of the total invoice is required to secure your date.
Got Questions?
We recommend booking as early as possible to secure your date, especially for weekends and peak seasons. For larger events (100+ cups), at least 2–3 weeks' notice is ideal. For smaller orders or the Sample Pack, a few days' notice is usually fine — just reach out and we'll do our best!
For the Sample Pack, the minimum is 6 cups ($35). For Delivery, the minimum is 50 cups. On-Site Catering has no set cup minimum, but a service fee of $60/hr applies. Contact us and we can work out what suits your event best.
Absolutely! Sticker customisation is available for $0.20 per cup. You can send us a high-resolution image (black font on white works best), or if you'd like help bringing a design to life, we can assist with that too. It's a great personal touch for weddings, corporate events, and birthdays.
For the best experience, we recommend consuming drinks right away or within 1 hour of delivery or preparation. The pearls and toppings are at their chewiest and most delicious fresh, and the ice will keep things perfectly cold in that window.
We currently cover a wide range of Brisbane suburbs including Sunnybank, Mt Gravatt, CBD, Fortitude Valley, UQ St Lucia, Newstead, and Chermside. For locations not listed, please get in touch — we'll do our best to accommodate and provide a custom transport fee estimate.
Yes! The number of available flavours depends on your order size. For on-site catering: up to 3 flavours for 0–250 cups, and up to 5 flavours for 250–500+ cups. For delivery and the sample pack, you can choose your flavours from our full menu. Not sure what to pick? Our fan favourites — Traditional Milk Tea, Taro Latte, Wintermelon Tea, and Strawberry Matcha — are always a crowd pleaser.
We offer oat, almond, and soy milk alternatives (+$0.50/cup) for dairy-free guests. Please note our ingredients are processed in facilities that may handle common allergens (soy, egg, dairy), so we cannot guarantee complete allergen-free products. Always let us know about any allergies at the time of ordering and we'll do our absolute best to accommodate.
We accept cash, bank transfer, and contactless card payments. Note that a 2.2% surcharge applies to contactless card payments. An invoice will be sent upon order completion.
The Boba Tower is our showstopping alternative to a champagne tower — a tiered display of bubble teas that's ready to sip and perfect for photos. While it's hugely popular at weddings and receptions, it works beautifully at any event where you want a wow-factor centrepiece: milestone birthdays, engagements, corporate launches, and more. Delivery and tower set-up are included in the price.
